Events of the CRC 1349
The CRC 1349 regularly hosts events for CRC members to exchange views on scientific and non-scientific topics. For some of these events, the CRC invites scientists from Germany and abroad to report their current scientific findings. The event types in the CRC are:

Colloquium
The colloquia take place 3 times a year, each in the afternoon. In addition to presentations or lectures by invited scientists, subproject leaders, doctoral candidates and PostDocs of the CRC 1349 will present their current scientific projects.

Networking Meeting
Networking meetings take place once a year at one day. Each time differently composed small groups of a maximum of 10 participants will illuminate scientific projects of the CRC in an unfamiliar way and explore the potential for new cooperations.
- Winter School
For winter school, once a year, all doctoral candidates and PostDocs of the CRC meet with guests 2-3 days outside Berlin to discuss their individual projects and interchange beyond. The winter schools are planned and realized independently by the doctoral students.
- "Stammtisch"
In all months without events of the CRC, all subproject leader meets once to discuss scientific or organizational issues. - PI-Conclave
Att the conclave, all PIs of the CRC meet to discuss the progress of their projects within the CRC.
